To allow our dough to develop the best texture and flavour, we let it ferment for up to 77 hours. With many of our dishes incorporating hemp based products you are able to enjoy the benefits that hemp can bring. We have designed our menu to include a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes to make it an experience for everyone.
The Difference between Hemp and Marijuana
The main difference between the two is in its chemical composition, specifically in tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the chemical responsible marijuana’s psychological effects. An average batch of marijuana contains anywhere from 5-20% THC content. Hemp, on the other hand, has a maximum THC level of 0.3%, essentially making it impossible to feel any psychoactive effect or get a “high”.
